INTERNSHIPS, PRACTICES, AND VOCATION LEARNING FOR YOUTH

OKECHAMP organizes internships and practices for high school and academic students. The practices are usually organized during the summer vacation in the following areas: maintenance, quality assurance and control, research and development, production technology, sales, marketing, and accounting. The practices for students are paid and supervised by experiences company experts. The trainees can actually perform professional assignments instead of just observing them. They will learn the specifics of a production company and the tasks performed at selected workstations. According to the trainees themselves, they like the practical nature of the training, the opportunity to learn directly from experts in the field, the kind and positive atmosphere, and the fact that they get paid.

If the practices are the final stage in the education of the given student, the Company often extends a job offer or opportunity of employment and development in our organization. This means that numerous practices may lead to full time employment relations with OKECHAMP.

Internships and practices are published on the website of OKECHAMP under the Career tab, but also in academic career offices and on bulletin boards in schools of technology.Furthermore, the company meets with students during job fairs or academic events.

We also encourage students to contact us directly to apply for internships or practices. Depending on the time constraints of the interns and with consideration of the demands of our company, we always try to find a solution to satisfy both parties.
