For years OKECHAMP has been implementing a dynamic policy of development, managing corporate social responsibility transparently, and researching how the company affects its social environment. Many years of business experience, acquired knowledge, implemented projects, and amassed social capital allow the Management Board of OKECHAMP to make successful business decisions.
Company values: Integrity, Respect, Quality, Competitiveness, Development, and Friendly Atmosphere are the compass for the daily management of the okechamp and, at the same time, constitute the obligatory starting point for making difficult decisions, especially those that affect the lives of our Employees.
So far, we have developed a series of documents that deal with Social Responsibility – the Code of Values, the Ethics Policy, the Procedure for Counteracting Mobbing and Discrimination, the Safety Policy, and the Environmental Policy. All of them form a coherent formal basis for the actions and decisions we take. We want this document to be a practical tool and become a starting point for our activities that focus on areas of social responsibility, as defined by OKECHAMP It can be used to initiate a broader discussion regarding OKECHAMP social responsibility with various stakeholders.
We expect the managers of OKECHAMP to be open-minded and actively implement the priorities and social responsibility strategic goals specified in this document. We can develop sustainable solutions only if we work together. We want to follow the right direction with the focus on the complete integration of socially responsible activities with the company's business strategy.
CSR PRIORITIES AND STRATEGIC GOALS IN OKECHAMP
The inspiration for this document comes from the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the findings of the SMETA Ethics Audit conducted at OKECHAMP.
The Management Board has defined four key priorities which implement the policy of Corporate Social Responsibility in OKECHAMP and set strategic goals for them. The priorities point us towards welcome changes in the designated areas. They comprehensively present the economic, social and environmental dimension of our company's activities planned for the coming years.
